This long-standing conflict is financed in some part by the mining and trade in the ores from which tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (“3TG”) are derived. We stand firmly against the exploitation and injustice fueling this devastating crisis and are committed to responsible, ethical sourcing practices.

Electro-Metrics Corporation is not currently subject to mandatory reporting and disclosure under the Frank-Dodd Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Law of 2010, Section 1502. We have, however, voluntarily adopted a policy to apply reasonable diligence and proactive oversight in identifying and eliminating from our products any 3TG sourced from the DRC and the surrounding countries in the region that support heavily armed groups and the widespread human rights abuses they perpetrate. Our unwavering commitment ensures responsible supply chain practices and supports global efforts to end conflict-driven suffering.
