Sheet Metal Fabrication
What is Sheet Metal Fabrication?
It is a cost-effective way to get parts with excellent mechanical properties.
This capability involves a process of forming flat metal sheets into the desired parts by cutting, bending, welding and assembling sheets of metal to produce a final product. It allows for the creation of high-quality, precise parts and components that are critical to many different applications.
We Specialize in a Variety of Bending Techniques
The process involves various bending techniques to create different shapes and structures from metal sheets depending on the specific requirements of the part or component being created.
Materials are placed over the V-die and steel plates can bend without changing their position.
Similar to V-Bending, materials are bent using a U-die and final components are U-shaped.
Metal sheets can be bent into curved shapes of rolls using a press brake, a hydraulic press and three rolls.
Materials are bent into sharp corners and is an excellent choice for angles greater than 90 degrees.
Customizable for a
Variety of Projects
We have an extensive range of metal materials suitable for sheet metal fabrication including steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper and Inconel with thicknesses that vary between .0006 and .25 inches, which makes us a top-tier choice for any fabrication project.
