EM-7844

Tunable Notch Filter Network

EM-7844 | 375 MHz to 1 GHz

The EM-7844 Tunable Notch Filter Network is a tunable narrowband rejection filter operating from 375 MHz to 1 GHz. It is used whenever high rejection (attenuation) is required at one select frequency and low attenuation for the other frequencies. The high power rating of the EM-7844 permits its use for measurements on high power transmitters, providing the voltage input level is carefully regulated.

The EM-7844 covers from 375 MHz to 1 GHz in two (2) frequency bands. Band 1 covers from 375 MHz to 700 MHz, while Band 2 covers 700 MHz to 1 GHz. Each band uses a series of tuning networks comprising a variable capacitor plus assorted fixed resistors and inductors.

The EM-7844 is designed for bench top operation.
